Order Cancellations and Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if your order has not yet been processed and we are able to successfully cancel it.

Once an order has been processed, is in transit, or has already been delivered, we cannot offer a refund—unless required by law. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering mistakes.

 

Returns Policy


We will only accept returns if both of the following conditions are met and supported with evidence:

  • The product was purchased directly from the Arka website.

  • The product is faulty, misdescribed, not as ordered, or fails to perform as expected.

If these conditions apply, you may request either a refund or an exchange of equal value.

To initiate a return, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe. Your request should include:

  • Your name

  • Purchase date

  • Order number

  • Batch number (if the product is faulty)

  • The items being returned

  • Reason for return
