Enjoy with a flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders.
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Deliveries are handled through our partner, Shippit.

- When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Please keep in mind that our delivery estimates are based on the dispatch date—not the date the order is placed. Delivery timeframes refer to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in Victoria.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, first check your order confirmation email to ensure your delivery address is correct.
For business addresses, please check with your mailroom or reception.
For residential addresses, note that all deliveries are made with ‘Authority to Leave’ as the default. This means the courier may have left your package in a secure spot on your property (like near the meter box or under a carport). If a safe place wasn’t accessible, a delivery card with next steps should have been left.
You can also track your order using the tracking link provided via email or text from Shippit for updates and support.
How can I track my parcel with Shippit?
You can find your unique tracking link in several places:

In your account on the Arka website (once your order is processed)

In the shipment confirmation email or SMS from Shippit
The link takes you to a tracking page where you can follow your order’s progress. There’s also a ‘Get Help’ button at the bottom of the page to contact the courier directly if needed.
On the day of delivery, you’ll receive an additional email and SMS update confirming your parcel is out for delivery.
Note: If your parcel is shipped via Australia Post, you’ll receive tracking details directly from AusPost. For help, please contact them at 137 678.
Part of my order is missing — where’s the rest?
Your order may arrive in multiple packages, especially for bulkier items. Check your Shippit tracking link (via email or SMS) to see if multiple packages are listed.
Each tracking page also includes a ‘Get Help’ button to assist with any delivery issues.
Note: Orders sent via Australia Post will have separate tracking links and support via 137 678.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
All orders are delivered with ‘Authority to Leave’ by default. If no one is home, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe location.
If the courier can’t find a secure place, they’ll leave a delivery card with instructions. You can also use your tracking link from Shippit to arrange redelivery or collection.
Note: For Australia Post deliveries, refer to the tracking link or card provided by AusPost.
Why was my delivery marked ‘unable to be delivered’?
This usually means the courier couldn’t safely access your property or didn't feel it was safe to leave the parcel unattended.
In this case, follow the instructions on the delivery card or use the ‘Get Help’ option on your Shippit tracking page to:

What if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, your order will be placed on hold until it’s back in stock. Our customer service team will notify you of any delays.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed, changes can’t be made via the Arka website. However, after you receive your tracking link from Shippit, use the ‘Get Help’ button to request an address change directly with the courier.
